Located just East of historic downtown Kannapolis, North Carolina, Central Baptist Church is a ministry that seeks to provide opportunities for every family and individual from every walk of life. It is our desire to build a "Christ-Centered Church by living Christ-Centered lives." With God's leadership, we pray that you will consider being a part of the LIFE of Central Baptist Church. L - Loving God Supremely and our neighbors as ourselves. I - Investing our time, talents and treasures in the ministries of CBC. F - Finding and restoring missing church members; finding and reaching the lost. E - Equipping the members of CBC to carry out the Great Commission. Fall Festival

Everyone is invited to join us for a time of food, fun, and fellowship! We will have games, inflatables, prizes, and much more. This is a free event and the community is invited to attend.
"Patriot Day" September 7, 2008

Time: 10:30am
This special day will be in honor and memory of 9/11/2001. We will be honoring our local safety departments (fire-police-EMT) along with military and government representatives. Mr. Robert Moore a NYC firefighter will be our guest speaker. Hear his dramatic testimony about the World Trade Center tragedy killing 11 of his personal firefighting friends.
Wednesday Dinner

Lay-Worker Appreciation Dinner

Every volunteer worker of CBC is invited to attend this event. Join us for a night of encouragement as we show our appreciation for all that you do! We will have a guest speaker, Mr. David Alston, as well as dinner and a gift for each of you. Spouses are encouraged to attend.
Men's Golf Outing

Join the men of Central for a day of fun and fellowship. Cost is $50 each and includes breakfast at Shatley Springs and Golf at Mountain Aire Golf Club in West Jefferson.
"Back to School" Lock-In

Time: 6:00pm-8:00am
Join us as we go to Liberty University for a "Back to School" lock-in. The cost is $25 and includes all food, games, prizes, etc. Grades 6-12 are invited to attend. We will leave the church at 3:30pm on Friday and return on Saturday around 12:00pm.
